How much is shipping?
We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

How long does shipping take?
We do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
Returns and Refund Policy
Not happy with your order? No problem! We offer free returns worldwide.
We have a 100-day return policy, meaning that you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. Just use the returns label in your Organique package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Just contact us with your order ID at firstname.lastname@example.org

How do I start a return?

We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
